Or my friends who have traveled in Europe. If I had a 100-Euro note in my hand, what would it feel like? I know American money has a specific linen-y texture. What about Euros? Do they have a special size/notch marks/any notation for the blind? TALK TO ME LIKE I'M STUPID KTHNKS.

If it's new, like good quality paper, and it has a specific "money" smell, at least to me (er, all banknotes, not just the 100 euro!). A sort of not shiny shininess feel to it. I don't think it's all that different to a new dollar bill, but ones that aren't new don't feel like old dollars, maybe a bit more papery (they're definitely not the same as ordinary paper though, they can take folding and crumpling better).

I can't remember what US money feels like but Euros are pretty smooth if new. For the blind or poorly sighted they vary in size and colour, and there are also tactile hints. I only have Croatian money on me atm which has raised textured patches of different shapes and I'm not sure Euros do the same, but I think it's a similar kind of approach.
